The Center for Mexican Studies, UNAM-Boston is the only office of the National Autonomous University of Mexico in the North Atlantic region of the United States. The core missions of UNAM-Boston is the build bridges between UNAM and local universities by promoting student mobility, academic exchange, joint research, bilingual publications, as well as by organizing colloquiums, symposiums, conferences, seminars, round tables, and other kinds of academic events. Moreover, we work to promote the teaching, evaluation, and certification of the Spanish language and have and agenda towards the dissemination of Mexican culture in the US through music, literature, cinematography, dance, and other fine arts. Furthermore, this Center for Mexican Studies aims to get involve with the Mexican and Latin American communities by developing cultural and academic projects of their interest.
