CyberWarrior Academy addresses the growing demand for qualified information security talent while also creating long-lasting career opportunity for professionals currently in Help Desk and Technical Support roles.
What to expect from the program:
• 10 weeks of instructor lead full-time training (40 hours a week) including lecture and hands-on labs. Students should also plan on investing an additional 20 to 30 hours of personal time per week for additional study and practice labs.
• Classes are in person in Boston
• 4 certifications: EC Council – Incident Handler, EC Council – Ethical Hacker, EC Council – Network Defender, and Certified CyberWarrior
• Professional development, job placement support and access to renown industry leaders
What to expect from the admissions process:
After submitting the online application, qualified students will be prompted to take a Technical Exam to measure their IT knowledge in areas like computer networking, use of commands and troubleshooting on Windows and Linux. Students can prepare for this test by reading books for CompTIA Network+ and A+ Certifications. Students who pass will then take a Cognitive Assessment to measure capacity to learn quickly, given the intense nature of the program. The final step in the admissions process is an Interview with CWA staff and instructors.
