In partnership with Mayor Martin J. Walsh and the Mayor’s Office of Women’s Advancement, please join us for our first annual Innovators’ Breakfast, recognizing initiatives that drive effective practices in building an equitable workplace for women and closing the gender wage gap.
Hosted at the CIC-Boston’s premier event space, the Lighthouse, we will recognize innovative efforts that have had a measurable impact in the following categories:
– Decreasing the time to promotion for women;
– Closing the gender-based pay gap in total compensation for women;
– Advancing women of color;
– Increasing the ratio of women on the Board and C-Suite, via hiring or promotion.
